5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please review the policy specific to each offering:
5.1 Services
a) Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a booked service at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time without any fee. b) Refunds: If you cancel a service more than 72 hours before the appointment, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are not refundable. c) Transfers: You may transfer your booking to another date or to a designated third party, subject to availability and our confirmation.
5.2 Information Products
a) Delivery: All information products are available for immediate download after purchase. b) Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital delivery, information products are non-refundable once access has been granted. c) Technical Issues: If you encounter delivery problems, please contact us for assistance; we will provide an alternative download link without additional charge.
5.3 Physical Goods
a) Returns: You may return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in original packaging. b) Inspection and Approval: Returned items will be inspected; upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. c) Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items, where we will cover return shipping.
